you dont really need plumpers cuz they dont really work. to get full lips take a nude lip pencil and line your lips with it then fill them in. then take a clear closs and coat your lips with it and put an extra coat on the bottom lip and a little more in the center. opalescent lipstic makes the lower lip look fuller.
but if you want plumpin gloss go to sephora and get lipfusion system its like $45. it works pretty well.also twofaced lip injection, most lip plumpers that sephora recoomends(See thier site) work pretty well.What is your favorite lip plumper or lip gloss ?
Victoria's Secret lipgloss is DEFINATELY the best. It lasts forever on your lips and comes in all different shades. I can't really remember the flavors I have..I think it's 'Strawberry Fizz' and 'Passion Fruit Pop'. $10 for 2.

My favorite lip gloss brand is Liplicious. You can only get it at Bath %26amp; Body Works stores. It costs six dollars. They have many different flavors all in which taste really good and real. They smell really good too! Some of my favorite flavors/colors are: Peach Daiquiri is like a red, Watermelon Sorbet red, Hot Cakes is a really good flavor. lancome lip plumping and healing gloss... again about sg $35
body shop- lip enhancer. its a gel that needs to be applied before the lipstick. smells and taste minty!!! about Sg.$32.
lip explosion from ferity project... not sure of the price...
try any of the above. i have em all and they wrk wonders!!
The best one is Lipfusion gloss in Sexy. It's a real sheer red and it actually works at plumping the lips which i was skeptical about. But it's good.

It would definitely be Too Faced Lip Injection! It cost around 17 dollars if I remember correctly.
