buy a new one .. you don't want bacteria to get in there and infect your lips
if it has a square top leave it upside down for a while.
Turn it upside down and let it sit overnight. Then, in the morning, unscrew it and all the lip gloss will be right there.
But you really should just get a new one.

With a lipstick brush...
turn the tube upside down and use a hairdryer to heat up the outside bottom of the lipgloss tube... if that doesn't work you'll have to buy more... sometimes when I am really desperate for the last drop - I actually cut the tube open with scissors - but be very careful!!!!

What is a good clear Lip Gloss (that comes in a tube)?
I usually use the rimmel one that has a wand, but I hate when friends ask to use my lip gloss and end up getting it smeared in various red and pink lipstick and it goes all cloudy! To be honest I do it myself and I prefer having the tube but other than Mac Lip Glass (which is far too expensive) I don't know of any decent clear lip gloss that comes in a tube and isn't too sticky.

Sometimes just simply buying the expensive brand (such as MAC) is worth it in the long run. It is guarenteed to work and if you plan on using it on a daily basis then there is no need to buy other lip glosses. It's not like it's so exspensive you have to make 3 payments for it haha

I've never seen roll on lipgloss before but I've been using roll on lip oil. I get mine from beauty supply stores and some push cart in malls have them. It depends on which country you're from.
