How can i highlight a row on a pdf file i have only a reader?

There is a great new product called Bluebeam PDF Revu, you can download a 30 day trial.... But for now, once you have opened up your file in Adobe Acrobat, go up to the menu and click on TOOLS, go down to COMMENTING, then click on HIGHLIGHTING and then HIGHLIGHTING TOOL... Once this is turned on left click and highlight the text you wish to highlight and one you are done it will be highlighted in yellow..... You can't. You need the full version of Acrobat to make and/or save any changes.
