I would def. say the LIP PLUMPER from victoria's secret...I've been working there for three years, and we just got our free lip plumper last week, i will admit, it gives u a tingly burning feeling at first, but it does make ur lips more plump, trust me!! try it out..it's on sale this week for only 8 bucks!!! :)What's the best lip plumping gloss?

I agree, DuWop's Lip Venom is the BEST. It's around $18 for a little bitty thing of it, but it doesn't take much to do the trick. It's a ';must have';.
