all lip plumper tingles, because it isn't really plumping your lips. It is irritating them and the irritation is making them swell.
But, if you want to go ahead and plump them, enticemint from bonnebell is really good and cheap. It's minty and if you put too much on, it burns, but it looks really hot and it works the best. It's only around 3 dollars.Whats the best limp plumping lip gloss??
lip venom by duwop is the BEST. it does tingle a little bit..but its so worth it. with all the other lip plumpers out there you cant notice a difference.
Lip Fusion is really nice.
It also comes in different shades now, and they are really cute.
DuWop Lip Venom is LOVE. It does burn, but in a very good way. It keeps my lips warm in the cold months!
It's the one I've noticed the greatest difference with, too--although most of the other ones I have tried are lower priced stuff.
