Yes you can and it needs to go on first so it can sink in and do what it's supposed to. Then gloss/lipstick on top for shine/color.Can you wear your lip plumper with the lipstick or gloss?
im a guy, I will tell you what guys like for older people like 40+ lipstick for younger people you want to wear lip gloss because it will be easieer to get them to kiss you if you want that lol
Yah...you can...you put th plumper on first, let it soak in fr a little while, then you put on your gloss/lipstick
