As a rule, lip plumpers aren't that cheap I'm afraid :-( but for a cheaper alternative to fuller lips place a small amount of concealer or highlighter just above your top lip so that the light reflection will accentuate that area making your lips look fuller.Really good lip plumping gloss?
I agree with Jude...Soap and Glory is about the best for the price and you can get it in Boots. Most really effective lip plumpers tend to be really expensive. One of the best is 'Too faced: Lip Injection' which is around £17 in the shops but can be got for £12 online....a lot of money I know but it really does the job if you can stretch to the price.
victorias secret has awsome lip plumper gloss and theres a company that is AMAZING but it costs a little more its called PLUMP thats the name of the company. but they make it in colors and smells and flavors it works well to. its a realy nice brand eh?

I agree - Soap and Glory Sexy Mother Pucker lipgloss is definately a good lip plumping gloss, especially in clear as can be worn on top of lipstick :)
Mabaline (sp?) makes a really good one that goes for about 6 US dollars, which are about the same as Eros. I dont know if you can get it in the UK though
Laura Mercier lip plumper...... comes w/ 3 shades, and works really well. good luck,
